The following products cannot be returned:

  • Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
  • Products returned after 30 days from the delivery date
  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
  • Free samples or promotional items

3. Return Process

3.1 Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return
  3. Wait for our team to review your request and provide return authorization
  4. Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions

Please do not ship products back without first obtaining an RMA number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed.

3.2 Shipping Your Return

When shipping your return:

  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging if possible
  • Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
  • Use a trackable shipping method and retain your tracking number
  • Ship to the address provided in your return authorization

3.3 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:

  • We shipped the wrong product
  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • The return is due to our error

In these cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse your shipping costs.

4. Refunds

4.1 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Bank Processing: Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

4.2 Refund Amount

Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price of the returned product(s). Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4.3 Partial Refunds

We may issue partial refunds in the following situations:

  • Products returned with missing parts or accessories
  • Products returned with damaged packaging (if not due to shipping)
  • Products returned after 30 days but within 45 days (at our discretion)

Please report any damage or defects within 7 days of receiving your order.

For damaged or defective products, we offer the following options:

  • Replacement product shipped at no additional cost

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow our return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Cancellations

7.1 Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at office@wlaxyronthakreon.world.

  • Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet been shipped
  • After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please follow our return process after receiving the product

8. International Orders

For international orders:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees on returned items
  • Refunds will not include any customs duties or taxes paid on the original shipment
  • Processing times may be longer due to international shipping

9. Consumer Rights

This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are located in a jurisdiction that provides mandatory consumer protection rights, those rights remain fully applicable.

9.1 European Union Consumers

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason. This right is in addition to the terms of this Return Policy.
